Here’s what you can expect when you build a custom home with Bill Roberts: 

Design

The first step in designing your custom home involves choosing your floor plan. You can opt for one from our selection or you can create a unique, custom-drawn plan. Next, with the guidance of a Design Specialist, you will customize the structure of your home to meet your personal needs and desires. Best of all, you’ll receive a 3D architectural rendering to get a sneak peek of your beautiful dream home. 

Once the floor plan is perfect, you’ve approved the pricing proposal, and you’ve signed a contract, it’s time to let your inner interior designer come out to play.
