Allie Bowser

I’ve been working as a Design Specialist since I joined the team in 2016. I design all of the houses from the ground up, including floor plans, construction documents, and 3D models. I work on each project individually to create an ideal floor plan; one that pairs functionality and aesthetics, taking advantage of any views or features on the lot. With the 3D software, I’m able to tour of each home before we build it, insuring each floor plan is thoughtfully designed.

I live in Denver with my husband, Troy and our rescue dogs, Murphy and Maggie. In my spare time, I like to be with my family and friends, hike, and enjoy the outdoors. My favorite places to travel are Maui and Florence, Italy, where I studied abroad.
